Wildflower/Meadow Making Workshop (Resident Event)

Join Master Gardner and neighbor Ernie Showfety and Ben Pick, co-owner of Saturnia Farms in Weaverville, for a “how to” workshop, followed by pilot implementation of, making meadows here at Olivette. These skills are also immediately transferable to your own yard!
On Saturday, March 9, at 2:00-3:00 at the Pavilion, Ben will be delivering a workshop on how to make a wildflower meadow. Then we will go to 2-3 meadow pilot locations in Olivette to put those newly learned skills immediately to use. This should go till 4:30.
The costs for Ben’s expertise, time, and meadow-making materials is $120. We will determine the per person amount based on sign ups.
Please RSVP Here by Friday, March 1. Participation is capped at 20 people ($6 pp minimum cost.) Participants need to bring any one of: hard rake, 4 tine cultivator, or pitchfork.
Rain date: Saturday, March 16, 2-4:30 at Ernie’s home.
