Walk For The World (Public Welcomed!)

April 21 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am

Date: April 21st

Time: 10am

Location: Olivette Riverside Pavilion

Link To Mediation

Please join us for the third Walk for the World, a walking meditation, on Sunday, April 21st at
10AM EDT here at the Olivette Riverside Pavilion and Riverside Park and around the world At
The Same Time. Expect a 50 minute walk and meditation.

Imagine a global community, walking into a new future, together, with a
collective attention and intention, focused on constructive change. When we walk as one mind
and one heart, a higher consciousness emerges. When we change ourselves, the whole world

For context, here is a quote from the Walk for the World website: “On September 23, 2023, a
global community gathered to Walk for the World – our first international Walking Meditation. In
167 countries around the world, more than 140,000 people walked together in the energy of
change. Many walked alone, while thousands of groups formed among friends, families,
neighbors, colleagues, and new members of this community. Your passion and continued
participation has inspired our next Walk for the World – Sunday, April 21, at 10 a.m. EDT. No
matter where you walk or who you join, let’s continue to emerge as a higher consciousness.

The more we demonstrate change, the more we raise the frequency in our world.”
You may be a novice or advanced meditator or you may have never meditated before. All are
welcome! Bring your family, friends, neighbors! You may know about Dr Joe Dispenza’s work.
Or not. Again, all are welcome! You can find more information about the walk and a link to
download the meditation, guided by Dr Joe, from the Walk for the World website. And, an
Introduction to the Walk is included with the download. Take the time to listen to Dr Joe’s
introduction beforehand. Knowing the What and the Why is informative and makes the
meditation more meaningful and powerful!

Each person needs to download the mediation to your own device in advance because there is
no reliable cellular connection along the riverside. Bring your own earbuds or headphones to
listen to the meditation privately. We’ll walk rain or shine. Walking and meditating together
synchronizes our energy, both locally and globally. But, in case of bad weather, use your own
discretion. The riverside is a safe place for standing still with eyes closed as well as walking.
We’ll gather at the Olivette Riverside Pavilion (Google Maps – paste Plus code: M94P+W2
Woodfin, North Carolina into the location search box) at 9AM and be ready to walk at 10AM.
