Full Moon Forest Bathing: Buck Moon (Public Welcomed!)

July 21 @ 7:45 pm - 10:45 pm

July: Buck Moon

Immerse yourself in the magic of twilight and experience the wonders of nighttime in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Enjoy a peaceful evening retreat of intentional nature connection as the sun sets and the Full Buck/Thunder/Raspberry/Ripe Corn Moon rises along the French Broad River.  As we slow down and harmonize with the cycles of nature, we may notice the month of July naturally inviting us to tune our awareness into what may be ripening, both within our inner landscapes and all around us. We’ll end with a wild-foraged tea ceremony and snacks.

This is a unique opportunity to unplug in the private, peaceful setting of Olivette Riverside Community in Asheville led by a certified nature and forest therapy guide. No bathing is required when forest bathing – we are immersing ourselves in the healing qualities of nature. Quiet your mind and awaken your senses as we sink into the heightened awareness of this special evening experience. Together, we’ll deepen our relationship with the Earth, community and Self. The best part: there’s no right or wrong way to forest bathe; just bring an open heart and be yourself.
