Take Over Tuesday

For our upcoming Take Over Tuesday, come meet and mingle with Carmen of Feral Farms Beekeeping, who is now keeping hives at Olivette Farm! She will share about the bees and what they’re up to this time of year, have local honey for tasting, and take those who are interested down to the field below the farm stand to meet the bees. Bring all your bee-related questions and get ready for a sweet time!

Whether you’re brand new or curious, this will be a relaxed and welcoming time to learn, ask questions, and connect. Take Over Tuesday is all about celebrating the passions within our own community — and we hope you’ll join us.

What Is “Take Over Tuesday?”

Every community holds incredible knowledge — and each month we get to experience it firsthand. The idea is simple: on the second Tuesday of each month from 12–2 PM, a community member will “take over” the farm stand space to teach a skill, demonstrate a craft, share a passion, or host a gathering. Almost like a lunch and learn, but food is not a requirement of the host.  This is a casual event, welcoming and a great way for neighbors to meet neighbors.
